- Order changes & cancellations. Need to update or cancel? Reach out within 6 hours of ordering. After that, your item is already in production and changes are no longer possible.
- Production & shipping time. Please allow 3–7 business days for production, plus 7–15 business days for US standard shipping. Holidays and major sale events may add a few extra days.
- Tracking your order. You’ll get a confirmation email right after checkout and a tracking number as soon as your package ships. If anything looks off, contact us before the carrier marks it delivered.
- Color & print disclaimer. Because monitors display colors differently, the actual shade may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Tiny print placement differences are part of the handcrafted, made-to-order process.
- Returns & refunds. We back every order with a 30-day easy return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Made-to-order pieces can’t be returned for size or color preference, so please measure carefully.

Return & Refunds Policy
At Bigfire Fashion, we want every order to leave you happy. This Return & Refund Policy explains how to cancel, return, exchange, and request a refund. These terms apply to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other eligible countries.

Eligibility window: requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
A) 30-Day Return Window
Our return window is 30 days from the day delivery is completed. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition — unused, with all original tags and packaging intact, and a valid receipt or proof of purchase. After 30 days, the order is considered accepted by the customer and no refunds or exchanges can be issued.
B) Return Labels
Return labels are not automatically included with your order. To start a return, please email [email protected] and our team will share the next steps with you.
C) How to Request a Return

- Your order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (screenshot or receipt)
- Reason for the return
- Clear photos or a short video if the item is faulty or damaged
After review (usually within 24–48 hours), you will receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Banks may need an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account.
D) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is incorrect, defective, or damaged, contact [email protected] right away so we can review the issue and offer the best solution.
E) Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for defective items, wrong items, wrong sizes, or items damaged in transit. To start an exchange, simply email [email protected].
F) Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free when the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. If the return is due to a change of mind or because the wrong item was ordered, the customer covers the return shipping cost. Each return request must include clear photos or videos that show the item and the reason for the return.
G) Refunds
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process from the moment we receive the returned item. Once the package is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email and start the refund.
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account and recent transactions.
- Contact your credit card issuer — refunds may take additional time to officially post.
- If 10–15 business days have passed and you still have not received it, email [email protected]. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.
H) Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are treated as a “change of mind” return and must follow the standard return process.
