Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Bigfirefashion, every item is made to order — printed and finished only after you confirm your purchase. Because each piece is custom-made, we kindly ask that you review your order details carefully before completing checkout.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it for a full refund. To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for canceling.

After the 6-hour window, your order will already be in production and can no longer be canceled.

Order Modifications

If you need to change your order — for example the size, design, or shipping address — please get in touch as soon as possible, ideally within 6 hours of purchase. We will do our best to make changes before production starts. Once production begins, modifications may no longer be possible.

Address Changes

If your order has not yet shipped, you may still request a change to your shipping address by emailing [email protected]. Once the package leaves our warehouse, the delivery address can no longer be changed.

Important Notes

Orders canceled after the 6-hour window will be treated as a return and must follow our Return & Refunds Policy.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Custom-printed items cannot be canceled or refunded simply because of a change of mind once they are already in production.
