Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Bigfirefashion! We are excited to print and deliver your custom apparel. Please read through our Shipping Policy before placing your order so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Order Processing Time

Every order is processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. This includes design verification, printing, quality inspection, and packaging. Orders are not processed on weekends or on the following U.S. public holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (December 24–25)

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic: United States nationwide (excluding P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or US territories).
  • International: Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Europe (standard international shipping).

3. Shipping Methods, Times & Cost

Domestic (United States):

  • Method: Standard Ground Delivery
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after processing
  • Flat rate: $5.95 per order
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (chosen based on location and package size)

International:

  • Method: Standard International Delivery
  • Estimated delivery: 8–15 business days after processing
  • Flat rate: $13.00 per order
  • Carriers: DHL, UPS, YANWEN, YUNEXPRESS, or FedEx (depending on region)

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

4. How Total Delivery Time Is Calculated

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing time is how long we need to print and prepare your custom item.
  • Shipping time is how long the carrier needs after the package leaves our facility.
  • Order cut-off: 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)

All time frames are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

5. Multiple Shipping Addresses

Each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you need delivery to several locations, please place a separate order for each address.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

You can change or cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. After 6 hours, the order will already be in production. You may still update your shipping address before the parcel ships.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Lost packages: If tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot find your package, please:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors or building staff.
  • Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number.
  • If the package still cannot be found, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date — we will investigate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Delayed deliveries: Delays may happen because of severe weather, customs (for international orders), peak season volume, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses. If your order has not arrived within the time frame above, please reach out for assistance.

Items damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos of the product and packaging and email them with your order number to [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund. If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping cost.

8. Customs & Import Duties (International)

International orders are sent under a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) policy. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees will be charged by your local authorities upon delivery. We recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before ordering.

9. Our Commitment

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Shipping issues are rare, but when they happen we work hard to fix them quickly so your order arrives in great shape and on time.
