Everything you need to know before, during, and after shopping at Bigfirefashion.

1) Which shipping options do you offer?

We currently use standard shipping for both U.S. and international orders.

  • United States: Flat rate $5.95 per order
  • International: Flat rate $13.00 per order

Available carriers may differ depending on your area. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or US territories.

2) Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. We ship to selected international destinations including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Europe. International orders are charged a flat rate of $13.00.

3) What payment methods are accepted?

Full payment is required at checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Every transaction is securely processed through encrypted payment gateways.

4) Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you may request a free cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order. Email us at [email protected] with your order number. After 6 hours, your item is already in production and can no longer be canceled.

5) Can I edit my order after placing it?

If you need to change a size, design, or other detail, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 6 hours. We will try our best to update the order before production begins. Once it has entered production, edits may no longer be possible.

6) Can I update my shipping address?

Yes, address updates are usually possible if the order has not yet shipped. Email [email protected] right away. Once the package leaves our warehouse, the delivery address can no longer be changed.

7) How do returns and refunds work?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Defective, damaged, incorrect, or wrong-size items may qualify for a free exchange or refund.

8) Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is faulty, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, return shipping is on us. For change-of-mind returns or wrong-item orders by the customer, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

9) When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is approved or your returned item is received, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional days may be required for the funds to post to your account.

10) What if my order has already shipped?

Once the package is in transit, the order can no longer be canceled or modified. You can still request a return after delivery in line with our Return & Refunds Policy.

11) What if my package never arrives?

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, please first check around your home, with neighbors, or with your building manager. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number, then email [email protected] so we can help investigate.
