1) Payment Terms

Full payment is required at checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed to keep your information safe.

2) Shipping Charges

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping:

  • United States: $5.95 per order
  • International: $13.00 per order

3) Order Changes & Cancellations

You can change or cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. After 6 hours, the order will already be in production and can no longer be canceled. You may still update your shipping address before the package ships.

4) Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags and packaging; proof of purchase is required.

Returns for defective, damaged, incorrect, or wrong-size items are eligible for an exchange or refund, and return shipping is free. For change-of-mind returns or wrong-item orders by the customer, the customer covers the return shipping cost; original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval or after we receive the returned item.

5) Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. International customers may incur additional bank conversion fees, customs, or import duties charged by their local authorities.
