  • Production & shipping time. Please allow 3–7 business days for production, plus 7–15 business days for US standard shipping. Holidays and major sale events may add a few extra days.
  • Tracking your order. You’ll get a confirmation email right after checkout and a tracking number as soon as your package ships. If anything looks off, contact us before the carrier marks it delivered.
  • Color & print disclaimer. Because monitors display colors differently, the actual shade may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Tiny print placement differences are part of the handcrafted, made-to-order process.

Return & Refunds Policy

A) 30-Day Return Window

Our return window is 30 days from the day delivery is completed. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition — unused, with all original tags and packaging intact, and a valid receipt or proof of purchase. After 30 days, the order is considered accepted by the customer and no refunds or exchanges can be issued.

B) Return Labels

Return labels are not automatically included with your order. To start a return, please email [email protected] and our team will share the next steps with you.

C) How to Request a Return

  • Proof of purchase (screenshot or receipt)
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos or a short video if the item is faulty or damaged

D) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

F) Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind or because the wrong item was ordered, the customer covers the return shipping cost. Each return request must include clear photos or videos that show the item and the reason for the return.

G) Refunds

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process from the moment we receive the returned item. Once the package is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email and start the refund.
