Return & Refunds Policy

Our return window is 30 days from the day delivery is completed. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition — unused, with all original tags and packaging intact, and a valid receipt or proof of purchase. After 30 days, the order is considered accepted by the customer and no refunds or exchanges can be issued.

B) Return Labels

C) How to Request a Return

Return shipping is free when the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. If the return is due to a change of mind or because the wrong item was ordered, the customer covers the return shipping cost. G) Refunds

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process from the moment we receive the returned item. Once the package is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email and start the refund.
