- Production & shipping time. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus 5–10 business days for US standard shipping. Holidays and major sale events may add a few extra days.
- Tracking your order. You’ll get a confirmation email right after checkout and a tracking number as soon as your package ships. If anything looks off, contact us before the carrier marks it delivered.

Return & Refunds Policy

A) 30-Day Return Window
Our return window is 30 days from the day delivery is completed. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition — unused, with all original tags and packaging intact, and a valid receipt or proof of purchase. After 30 days, the order is considered accepted by the customer and no refunds or exchanges can be issued.
B) Return Labels

C) How to Request a Return
