Production & shipping time. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus 5–10 business days for US standard shipping. Holidays and major sale events may add a few extra days.
Tracking your order. You’ll get a confirmation email right after checkout and a tracking number as soon as your package ships. If anything looks off, contact us before the carrier marks it delivered.
Color & print disclaimer. Because monitors display colors differently, the actual shade may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Tiny print placement differences are part of the handcrafted, made-to-order process.

Our return window is 30 days from the day delivery is completed. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition — unused, with all original tags and packaging intact, and a valid receipt or proof of purchase. After 30 days, the order is considered accepted by the customer and no refunds or exchanges can be issued.

Clear photos or a short video if the item is faulty or damaged
After review (usually within 24–48 hours), you will receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Banks may need an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account.

G) Refunds
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process from the moment we receive the returned item. Once the package is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email and start the refund.

H) Order Cancellations
