Before you check out, take a quick minute to read the notes below. A little prep goes a long way toward making sure your Bigfirefashion order shows up looking exactly the way you pictured it.

How to Choose the Right Size

Our tees, hoodies, hats, and jerseys are made to order, so picking the correct size before you click Buy is key. We follow standard US sizing, but fits can vary slightly from one style to the next, so always double-check the size chart on the product page.

• Measure first, order second. Grab a soft tape measure and check your chest, waist, and hip in inches. Compare those numbers to the size chart on the product page rather than guessing from your usual size.
• Between two sizes? Size up. Most of our prints are designed for a relaxed, true-to-size American fit. If you’re right on the line, going up one size gives you a more comfortable, lived-in look.
• Check the fit type. Unisex tees run a touch roomier in the shoulders, while women’s cuts are more tapered through the waist. Youth and toddler sizes follow standard US kids’ charts.
• Mind the fabric. 100% cotton pieces may shrink slightly after the first wash. Cotton-poly blends hold their shape better. Wash cold and tumble dry low to keep the fit true.

Every Bigfirefashion item is printed on demand right after you place your order, which means accurate details on your end help us get it to your door faster.

• Double-check your details. Review the size, color, design, quantity, and shipping address on the checkout page before you pay. Once production starts, we can’t swap items or edit the address.
• Order changes & cancellations. Need to update or cancel? Reach out within 6 hours of ordering. After that, your item is already in production and changes are no longer possible.
• Production & shipping time. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus 5–10 business days for US standard shipping. Holidays and major sale events may add a few extra days.
• Tracking your order. You’ll get a confirmation email right after checkout and a tracking number as soon as your package ships. If anything looks off, contact us before the carrier marks it delivered.
• Color & print disclaimer. Because monitors display colors differently, the actual shade may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Tiny print placement differences are part of the handcrafted, made-to-order process.
• Returns & refunds. We back every order with a 30-day easy return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Made-to-order pieces can’t be returned for size or color preference, so please measure carefully.
• Payment & checkout. Checkout is fully encrypted and we accept all major US credit cards plus PayPal. Your payment info is never stored on our servers.
